just got off the phone with at&t wireless to ask them why my mobile to mobile minutes were being charged against my monthly minutes and if they could correct that error for me cause it's only 6 days into my billing cycle and I'm down to 23 minutes for the rest of the month.
the customer service representative told me that the numbers I had been calling were not at&t mobile numbers, when clearly they are and that there was nothing they could do about this. so without arguing with this customer service rep, that it took me 4 tries to get in contact with, I decided to tell her...

Bos:

No, you've already stated you cannot get my minutes back, it took me 4 tries to reach a customer service rep because my calls kept getting dropped, what could you possibly do for me?

at&t:

I can offer you 200 additional minutes for the month.
