And so ladies and gentleman, my two and a half month journey has come to an end. tonight i will fly back home to Chicago with a brief stop in London.
It’s been a pleasure and thank you Cape Town, you’ve been wonderful. I hope to return to your great lands some day soon. to climb your high mountains again. Swim your beautiful oceans again. And appreciate all the natural beauty that I’ve found here. hopefully that day will come soon.
but now it’s off to another type of jungle. a land i’m much more familiar with. a land that has my heart. a land that is my sweet home, chicago.
to the fine people of cape town, cheers and all the best. it truly has been a pleasure.
and to chicago…it will be different.
